Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness competitions when she was a teenager. When she was 17 She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor Model, model, and sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was 16. In just one year she earned her pro card when she was 17. This made her one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel took a six-year break from performing after earning her pro card to pursue the education. When she completed her college degree Ariel came back in the year the year 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous competitions, including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She kept competing after her initial show for several years, aiming for bigger and better targets each year. She was awarded four more fitness awards by the end of 2009. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut occurred at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. In the show, she finished in third place. In the summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she competed onstage at the Olympia, where she took 6th in The Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she had no expectation. The athlete was satisfied about her position. This is not a surprise since she placed so well, in light of the contest. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. She will warm up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel makes the best use of her limited time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
